Birth Support Package

• Complimentary phone call to get to know me and see if I am the right Doula for you!

• Unlimited phone/text/email support

• Emotional support and guidance during pregnancy and birth

• On call from week 37 until birth

• 2 prenatal visits (2 hours each) where we discuss your wishes for your birth, postpartum care, and newborn care

• Support during labor and birth

• Postpartum support after birth for up to 2 hours

• Evidence based education and compassionate care

• One postpartum visit to answer any questions you may have
